Although each animal is different, quarters average between 100 and 120 lbs of meat in your freezer. If you need more certainty to plan for freezer space and your budget, we can work with you on that.
You can choose to have your meat wrapped in either butcher paper or vacuum wrap.
We generally process our animals between May and September, when the texture, flavor, and nutritional profile of the meat is at its peak. You can preorder quarters, sides or wholes with a non-refundable deposit of $150.
When you order a side or a whole, you can determine how your meat is cut and packaged. There are many options, ranging from how many steaks you prefer in a package, what weight you prefer for your roasts, whether or not to get specialty items (some of which may cost a little extra.) We are available to provide as much advice as you'd like.

- priced according to meat in your freezer, not hanging weight or live weight
- ALL processing charges are included in the above prices. There are no other fees.
- 100% grassfed and grass finished, eating only our own herbicide-free and pesticide-free grass and hay
- pasture raised
- no subtherapeutic doses of antibiotics, no added hormones. In the rare instance an animal contracts a bacterial infection best treated with antibiotics, we would not let the animal suffer, but we would provide them with the most appropriate medication in the lowest possible dose, then at least triple the normal wait time before the animal is processed to ensure that there are no traces left in its system.
